Triple One - PANIC FORCE
Triple One have built their reputation over the last few years as a powerful musical force locally in Australia as well as internationally.
In Sydney everyone seems to know everyone and when I moved back I connected with Marty over instagram but also soon found myself in some of the same social circles.
I was with Dom at a party at my girlfriend’s house and told him that if they ever needed a suit he knew who to hit up. He thanked me then said he wasn’t really sure if they would ever need to be all in suits.
Immediately I felt a sharp pain in my heart
…but still I had hope, the seed was planted.
A little while later I got a message from Dom saying that Triple One had a new album coming out and that they’d be doing a livestream performance.
A livestream performance, which they wanted to be suited up for.
Dom wears a completely tailor-made UN sky blue suit with butter yellow lining.
The flowyness and slightly boxy shape of the suit was done so that it’d be comfortable for his performance and work with the styling for the rest of Triple One and 18YOMAN who were dressed in reworked UN vintage.
Everyone looked so good that they decided to wear the suits for their first live show back post-Covid, an acoustic performance at the Factory Theatre in Sydney. The live show was an amazing performance, it was my first experience seeing Triple One live after being engaged with them for a while and even though everyone was seated due to state law, the energy was wild.
